The words Vīja and Bīja are synonyms. They can be used interchangeably. The same goes for Bāṇa and Vāṇa, Baṭuka and Vaṭuka etc.

krishna sir ji cant here वीजमखिलं its bijam instead vijam , as these invoke beej aksharas ; ths is my doubt and need somebody knowledgable fr clarification

That's the promise. This may be used only in cases where the respective mantras for unlocking are unknown to the guru and not found in any scriptures. As previously stated, self-initiation is the last option and results are never guaranteed, even with proper initiation. It is always a fight with our own karma and it takes time and sincere effort to overcome the hurdles. It is important to grasp the core tantric concepts and perform them on a daily basis. I have already stated them in a previous comment and you may follow all of these sincerely and hope to see a transformation in the years to come.

i dont think so nervous system gets damaged many people nowadays are posting on instagram and even baba ramdev taught bandhas and pranayama it if such consequences were there then why would devi allow the knowledge to explode like that or the deities should have kept it hidden people are practicing from books in western. Many people are practicing mahabandha ,moolabandha.

Hello pandya i would suggest you do the mantra given by Learned Tivra ji: "hasakala hrīm̐ hasakahala hrīm̐ sakala hrīm̐ hasakala hasakahala sakala hrīm̐" with Sankalp of neutralization of dosh you mentioned in your kundali. Second is guru chandal dosh which usually mean disrespect towards guru in past life I can't speak much about it but surrendering to guru is must for you for now you can take dakshinamurty as your guru or even krishna ji. I'm suggesting that mantra because of hadi as spoken by tivra ji, very fast when it come to cutting sins specially request by devi lopamudra and daily recitation of Guru paduka stotram. The enemy here is not guru but you yourself for you. Without mental clarity you won't be able to see it. So please also add special worship of budha grah mantra or stotra and moon mantra or stotra. Lastly ending the worship with devi kshama prarthana.

if damage is possible through kundalini meditaton then why is the knowledge revealed and exploding like anything today if it is harmful shiva and shakti would never would have never revealed it.only harmful can be that energy suddenly rising into the head that is a problem getting stuck at knots otherwise maa or divine mother would have never revealed such knowledge which would hurt her child

krishna sir as this title says it unlock any stotra and mantra by reciting it daily before the main mantra / stotra; does it means if i go by self initiation method described on ths site and dont do10 mantra samskar vidhi; and just recite this stotra for awakening of mantra / stotra; will it be enough?

The Navagraha upāsana would be ideal. I would suggest Rāhu and Ketu mantra sādhana.
