If I am with a partner whom I cannot marry, having intercourse every two weeks would be challenging, and I am unsure how many partners I might have before having a lifelong partner. ka e ī la hrīm̐ । ha sa ka ha la hrīm̐ । sa ka la hrīm̐ ॥ 15 Letters, 15 Phases of the Moon. If a man does not learn to transmute his sexual energy (go from the Full Moon to the New Moon) on the 15th day, the semen begins to deteriorate. This 15-letter Mantra called Kādi Vidyā goes from the Full Moon to the New Moon. In the New Moon there is no knowledge, because for knowledge to exist there must be some level of separation. Kādi Vidyā is a movement that only descends, never ascends. This is because it signifies infinite grace. It is you who ascends to understand that you never descended. You give everything freely and never diminish in size. Do you know the best way to transmute sexual energy? Unconditional love for the Supreme within each thing of creation. This Kādi Vidyā will make you want to "undress" whatever your heart is in. If your heart is in God, you will reach Him quickly. If your heart is in materialism, you will become a dangerous maniac with this Mantra.

All countries should have a large group of qualified teachers to teach all men about this Mudra. It should be mandatory. Sexual crimes would drop to zero, and that would be the least of the benefits. Women are also capable of learning the same Mudra (with some modifications to the equipment) and piercing the man's Chakras with their strength. This mutual piercing would generate a generation of enlightened beings, which would be very bad for the forces of evil. This Mudra alone would have the power to end practically all the evil in this society.

Vajroli mudra or other locks should be done with care and guidance chances of not doing it correctly is very high in these types of postures or locks. Semen incorporates all the Dhatus of the human body and is something complicated to deal with. Of the Mantras and practices that require control of sexual energy, those of Kādi Vidyā are the most dangerous of all. You can transmute sexual energy through the intensity of daily contemplation on the attributes of the deity you worship or through Haṭha or Kriyā Yoga. What cannot happen is that you do not transmute sexual energy. If you know how to transmute this energy, you can go without sex for as long as you want, but a man who doesn't know how to transmute sexual energy should only have sex once every two weeks to maintain semen quality; otherwise, the entire body deteriorates. There is a Mudra that every man and woman should be taught: Vajrolī Mudra. Perfecting this Mudra requires specific equipment and a specialist's guidance. With the perfection of this Mudra, you can go without sex for as long as you want, and if you want to satisfy your wife, a single sexual encounter will be able to satisfy her for months, due to the mastery of sexual energy that arises from perfecting Vajrolī Mudra. It's true that the more sex someone has, the poorer their sexual energy is. Because a man who has mastered this energy only needs a single encounter to satisfy a woman for months. His energy pierces her upper chakras, generating a higher degree of satisfaction that lasts for months. But a man without mastery of this energy cannot do that. Desire is something, I understand, which I can't control the body has the desires, the hormones and everything. But those desires gets sometimes very heavy and become lust. I dont know maybe I'm too young and immature to understand these things. But how does one navigate through this Dense forest of Lust preventing thoughts of foul desires.
