Podcast on Mahashodasi and Sri Vidya Mantras
Comment and Reflections on Podcast by Krishna Vallapareddy (Krishna@manblunder.com)
Thank you for the wonderful podcast Garreth and Santosh. I have personally known Santosh for many years now and he̍ is a very dedicated Śrī Vidyā upāsaka, a great prāṇic healer and a very kind hearted person. He met all the qualities to be bestowed a Guru dīkṣa and was one of the first devotees along with Mr. Sriram and Mr. Jayanth to be bestowed with this honor. My regular discussions with Santosh over the phone or in person run into many hours. He along with Mr. Suresh are the pioneers of migrating the Manblunder blog that was painstakingly created and maintained by Shri Ravi guruji, into the current form as a website. There are many folks who have benefitted from the healing that Santosh and his associates have performed over the years and he is also well connected with many other accomplished professionals. Santosh also has the distinction of initiating hundreds of upāsakas. Both Jayanth and Sriram hold the same distinction and are accomplished gurus with great calibre. A trip to India is never complete without a meal with Santosh and Suresh. I also had the great honor of meeting with Sriram this year and hope to meet with Jayanth soon! The onerous responsibility of running the site and managing the content continues to lie with Santosh and we are very proud of him for everything that he does for us all! Related to Śrī Vidyā, it is one of the best kept secrets of Tantra and extremely profound from a philosophical context and is also a very complex ritualistic tradition. Navigating the ocean of Śrī Vidyā without a proper guru, is completely pointless and leads us nowhere. It is a true fact that this tradition leads us to self-realization by means of an accelerated karmic burning that generally brings about a torrent of hardship and grief. The great gurus over the millenia having sensed the issues encountered in the path, took great care to hide the tradition and initiate only the most serious seekers. The gurus also prescribed various deity sādhanas and means of worship such as the worship of the coveted Śrī Cakra and various nyāsās, to help the sincere sādhakas overcome the hardship and gain success in every aspect of life. It is very important to note that even the most sincere sādhakas can go astray when the powers associated with Śrī Vidyā begin to manifest and it is therefore highly recommended to always follow the path of the Gurus and remain committed to the main goal of self-realization. The sādhaka who achieves this goal will relish the true wealth that is unlimited and full of joy and bliss. As Santosh clearly pointed out, there are many paths that lead us to self-realization and the seeker must choose what suits them the best and remain committed to it. Practically, this may be a tough call as most often we are misled by false gurus and that leads to disillusionment. This should not deter us and should make us wiser to choose the right path and the right guru(s) who can lead us forward and help us evolve. I personally have had the great fortune of knowing Shri Ravi guruji and his sincere disciples and Gurus Santosh, Jayanth, Sriram and Dan. May they continue to be the beacons of Śrī Vidyā and guide many upāsakas along this divine path laid down by Shri Ravi guruji and the Guru maṇḍalā. May all others following their gurus and various spiritual paths succeed in their efforts too.

You can continue to recite the Gāyatrī mantra and Śrī Tārā Aṣṭottaraśatanāma stotram with clear understanding of the meaning of each of the attributes specified in the stotram. You may seek a guru if you wish to get initiated into any specific mantra or order. You may look up the mantra initiations page on the top of our website for more information and it is definitely not necessary that you seek help from us. It is important that you find a practicing guru for an initiation.

Namaste Krishna. I want to say something to you and all the devotees, so you can better understand why Śrī Mahāṣoḍaśī is exclusively for liberation. Did you know that the Śrīcakra of Mahāṣoḍaśī is different from the Śrīcakra of Sundarī (Pañcadaśākṣarī)? I will tell you how to draw the Śrīcakra of Mahāṣoḍaśī: transform all the triangles of the Śrīcakra of Sundarī into petals beautifying circles and invert the position of the central Trikoṇa, transforming it into the Yoni of Destruction or Yoni of Śiva. In the center is Bindu in the form of Mahāṣoḍaśī. In this different Śrīcakra, we have Bhūpura, six sets of petals, Trikoṇa of Śiva and the Bindu. Why did all the triangles become petals in the Śrīcakra of Mahāṣoḍaśī? It is because we are destroying the Śrīcakra, where only the Bindu remains. The Divine Mother Sundarī (Pañcadaśākṣarī) is called Pratyavamarśinī, whose nature is Creation-Dissolution. Mahāṣoḍaśī has the nature of dissolution only. Sundarī (Pañcadaśākṣarī) is supramental in nature, while Mahāṣoḍaśī is not supramental in nature. But why? I will explain. Sundarī is Pratyavamarśinī, so she destroys our three bodies (material, subtle and causal) and at the same time gives us her three immortal bodies in a movement of creation. For this reason, Sundarī is simultaneous Creation-Dissolution. Sundarī is very difficult for people to succeed in, due to the requirement for extreme purity. The destruction or dissolution of our three bodies is the easy part. The difficult thing is the manifestation or creation of the three bodies of Goddess in us. Mahāṣoḍaśī deals with dissolution at high speed, but the devotee's soul will deal with the second part (creation or manifestation of the three immortal bodies of the Goddess) later. Mahāṣoḍaśī is something more viable. Sundarī is difficult because creating and destroying simultaneously is more difficult than just destroying. In this way, the Mahāṣoḍaśī deals exclusively with liberation, as this is more urgent and the time is shorter. Sundarī deals with liberation and divine play. Mahāṣoḍaśī grants the supreme Śānta, while Sundarī grants the supreme Śāntarāga. The devotee of Mahāṣoḍaśī attains supreme peace and then desires to obtain supreme play. The devotee of Sundarī plays supremely equal to the Goddess and is at peace, therefore he will be immortal on the material, subtle and causal levels. Sundarī is full of Śṛṅgāra or Eroticism, and this means that you will have no chance with her unless you become Śiva. Lord Śiva is not an unbalanced and perverted man like we see in many cases today. Śiva loves, but men don't seem to understand much about love these days. Śiva loves in peace.

Namaste, Tīvra. Could You please tell us more about the practice of Supramental Yoga, how to get 3 immortal bodies? Is it true that the mantra - Namah Śivāya belongs to the supramental mantras and through its practice one can obtain 3 immortal bodies and attain the lotus feet of Lalitambika, as with the Panchadashi mantra, only in a different way? Please tell us more about the Devi mantras of supramental yoga and how to practice them. Panchadashi is one of the Devi supramental mantras, but what other mantras are there? Thank You for Your reply.

Thank you tivra ji for such an information I have some questions to ask . Please reply on them 1- please tell us something about the panchadashi mantra of lord Shiva and Vishnu. There is no information on it anywhere . Their version of panchadashi has more than 3 kuta and more than 15 letters still it is called as panchadashi mantra ? Why is there mantras not considered as powerful as lopamudra and kamaraj one' s 2 - guhyakali has upasakas and those devotees have their mantras dedicated to them like ram upasita guhyakali, bharatopasit guhyakali etc. but there are no devotees of Maha pratyangira even though both of them are same why is that so ? 3 - many demons have worshipped Devi guhyakali and kamakala kali like ravan , hiranyakashyipu etc. How come they have been able to worship here even though these deities are very strict against adharma and doing wrong things ? How come such evil demons were able to worship them?

Maha Pratyangira? Two years ago, a devotee of hers temporarily blinded thousands of people at the same time through her kavacam (he did it for a justifiable cause). People have no idea of the power and responsibility of a true devotee of her.

Namaste Tivraji. I have been initiated into 25 syllabled Pratyangira mantra as a remedy for serious enemy and black magic problems. I have been chanting her mantra with all my heart for quite a while now, dedicating my time only to Pratyangira devi. But honestly my problems are not coming down especially my mother who is the main target of the black magic; she has been suffering from severe headaches as a result of the attacks. But I never felt discouraged and have continued to chant the mantra with the hope that she is witnessing everything that is happening to us. I never felt scared to start chanting her mantra because deep down myself I know that me and my family are completely innocent and have never wished anybody harm. On the contrary, I have always helped anyone who has knocked on my door for help whether they needed advice or help to set up a business without expecting even gratitude. But I am not seeing or feeling Mother Pratyangira's justice for us. I do not wish that she harms our enemies. But I do want to see her protection around us. Any advice sir? Thank you.

Kevin. Recite the Maha Varahi Mantra 108 times from midnight onwards. Start Viniyoga and Nyasa before midnight. You should start reciting the Mantra exactly at midnight. You should meditate by imagining Maha Varahi in purple holding 8 axes, decapitating the head, heart and feet of various unknown enemies. Imagine her chasing and doing this while you recite the Mantra. You are allowed to recite this Mantra, but you need to promise that you will be pure inside and out. You must nurture the feeling of doing good for humanity, but that those who get in the way must be destroyed. Do not recite the Mantra until you know how to do it correctly. If you recite this Mantra with Adharmic feelings, it will generate bad effects and it will be your responsibility. Recite the Mantra from this link: https://manblunder.com/articlesview/sri-maha-varahi-moola-mantra-japa

Related to the Mahāṣoḍaśī yantra, would you be able to please share a picture if you have one and also is there a procedure for worshipping this yantra? If so, would you be able to please share if permissible or point to where it can be found? There is no rush. Please take your time and only share what is permitted. It is a sincere request that you please continue to be with us! Namaste Tīvra ji. For those of us who are not initiated into Pañcadaśākṣarī, is there a way of worshipping Srīdevī Lalitāmbika? Maybe using Her Pañcaviṃśatināmā? How to use Her names? I note from the discussion here that Her Sahasranāmā and Trīsatināmā are not permissible. Would be grateful for your kind input. Many thanks.

Tivra ji can you throw light on AnuttaraSamayavidhyeshwari and its tattva . How is is it different from Mahashodashi and what’s the significance of Anuttaramnaya . Respects!

Namaste please share the image of the yantra.

Namaste Tivra Ji. Its great seeing you back with more precious Gems of Divine's Leela. Is it possible at some stage person gets their own Lotus, yantra?
June 07, 2024 04:06 PM
Namaste Mnx. The devotee of Mahāṣoḍaśī should worship her in the suitable Śrīcakra. I have revealed how this Śrīcakra should be designed or carved. Dealing with Mahāṣoḍaśī is not difficult. You just need to be willing to experience all the good and bad karmas in a single lifetime. Mahāṣoḍaśī will reduce the negative impact as much as possible, but there are fruits that you will be forced to deal with. You need to be willing to face everything in this life, for the sake of liberation. People with accumulation of good karmas live the best possible life by reciting the Mahāṣoḍaśī Mantra. But if you have an accumulation of bad karma, your life can become very difficult. Everything will depend on your Icchā.

Namaste Tivra ji. Thanks for your enlightening words. Chidagnikundasambhuta, holds finger & takes up to The Divine Supreme. The Yantra you've explained, turning into petals brings happiness. Here too, She holds finger & takes you to meet The Divine Supreme. May be She is indicating that the next stage is This. So please guide more about Supramental state. How to proceed. Does Maha Shodashi turn into Grace Shakti while taking you up?

Tiwra JI! I am very glad that you have appeared on this site again. I have a question for you. Can Lalitambika redirect the worshipper of her to another Goddess or take the form of another Goddess, for a more convenient perception of mukti, depending on the psychotype of the worshipper? I have reached the level of Mahashodashi and the beautiful Lalita has taken on a different appearance, the appearance of one of the 10 Mahavidyas and I am completely confused, but this appearance is very close to me and I like it. After all, even in Her sahasranama, the name is present. वृद्धा (671).
