This is nothing to do with chakras. The energy of the mantra is placed in ajna chakra, so that its energy is diffused  in your body. After initiation, it is up to you activate your chakras through meditation.

Sir, during mantra initiations, most of us are asked to concentrate on the Agna chakra and while chanting the mantra. I understand this procedure activated our Agna chakra. But without the lower chakras getting activated, if we concentrate only on Agna chakra, will there be any negative consequences? (OR) Just Agna chakra meditation would take care of all other lower chakras?

Hi Thanks for sharing all these knowledge. It is written that one need to have initiate this mantra or must attain Sri Vidya. My question is what if one recite or meditate without the prerequisites. How one can initiate the mantra or get the Sri Vidya. I know it is hard or take a lot of time but still interested to know how to do so.

I have a doubt, is it necessary to chant the bija , shakti and keelakam before doing mantra japa? does the japa become ineffective if beeja, shakti and keelakam is not told in the beginning ?

No obstacles will come, if you wish to take up Śrī Vidya Sādhana at a later time. It is advisable to go to higher mantras, after fulfilling all our material needs.

Thank u for reply Guruvu Garu, when I am practicing Dhanada sadhana after a couple of years Bala/shodasi sadhana can do any obstacles will get or otherwise dhanada will supports or opposes .

Dhanada would be best suitable. The other deities have pre-dependencies and should be initiated to higher level sādhaka-s.
