Meaning of Ashirvada Mantra:
O! Goddess Mahālakṣmī !! {She is addressed with Her bījākṣara śrīṁ. This is known as Lakṣmī bīja. Apart from causing auspiciousness, this bīja produces enough lunar energy within the body and makes the mind calm and tranquil. श्रीं (śrīṁ) consists of three letters śa, ra and ī and nāda and bindu. Śa refers to Goddess of wealth Lakṣmī and ra is wealth itself, Ī refers to satisfaction, nāda is apara (having nothing beyond or after, having no rival or superior) and bindu dispels sorrow}. Let Your auspiciousness and Grace be showered on me with positive energy, wealthy life, wellbeing and purity in my living. With Your Grace, let me have enough wealth, enough food, enough cattle (this can be interpreted as vehicles in today’s scenario), good children (to continue my lineage) and long life (100 years or more - śatamānam bhavati).
Due to Your Grace, let all my debts and liabilities (which includes bad karmas) be wiped out, let all my diseases go away, let my poverty go away, let my appetite go away (appetite also includes desires), let me not have premature death, let all my fears vanish, let all my worries go away and let all my mental afflictions go away. (Let my life be full of auspiciousness, happiness and prosperity with your Grace and Blessings).

Please lookup the Sanskrit pronunciation of the letters "ṛ" and "ṇ". Each letter in Sanskrit is pronounced differently and the words formed by the letters, should also be pronounced as written. There are some very rare exceptions, which are learnt as part of the Sanskrit grammar. So the word "ṛṇa" is pronounced as "RRiNa" Most books written in English related to mantras with the IAST standard, will have a pronunciation guide, I would recommend looking it up, for easier diction. As always, it is best to get initiation when in doubt and seek the grace of a guru.
