1 - Karma for a person starts from the day he/she is born (assuming the birth is his first) 2 - So what ever one does is influenced by the surrounding and situations that he is placed in 3 - Then he creates Karma which is dispensed by Shakthi 4 - So action are done by him (the though of I'm doing doing this) is nothing but Karma which arises out of Freewill 5 - Hence does't it mean that though Brahman is cause for life the actions that are performed by men is theirs alone, that's why, they suffer, but if thought of I'm not doing this arises and acknowledge that Brahman within me who is the cause my birth doing this (even though he is not) ego is destroyed and Karma will not accrue?

He says that things are happening due to one’s karma. What is disdained to happen will surely happen and we cannot prevent them. But, intensity of suffering can be reduced to a great extent by surrendering to the Divine.

No, there is no need to go back to Prakrti for Liberation. All we have to do is to understand Prakrti and later on, She Herself will take us forward for Liberation. When we shed our ego, out mind evolves towards Brahman and with persistence practice, we are Liberated, subject to our karma.

These bijakasharas form part of Mahaganapati mula mantra and hence cannot be dispensed with.

What initiates the initial disturbance in the equilibrium in the Prakriti (i.e. a disturbance in the gunas)? The logical answer should be Brahman? Then once the balance is guna is disturbed, enery/prakriti starts manifesting and starts creation which the help of Brahman, so does it mean that Brahman, acting through guna's/Shakthi places an individual in a set of circumstance and makes him to react to it? If his/her actions are without ego thinking that I'm just placed in this situation by the Guna's and disconnect himself from disturbance then he first goes back to the equilibrium position (equilibrium of guna's) due to this mind gets inactive, then Self is realized? Finally we can say that the thought of I'm the doer creates further disturbance in the Guna?

So basically This chapter speaks of desires which should taken out by detachment, ego by surrender (love the person you hate etc) and do the activity for the sake of doing it. But Krishna also says that why are bothered about killing your relatives as I have already killed them, meaning everything that we do here is predestined, also goes with the saying that what is meant to happen will happen, so isn't the thought of surrender and wanting of infinite is a natural tendency God's actions? Nothing that we think we are doing is in fact we are led in doing it?
