Namsthe Ji, I would like know if you prefer providing Initiation via Phone or Skype. Is these methods are against the Mantra Initiation.

So if we say that this laptop, the person next to me etc are Shakthi and the soul inside them is Shiva then this is duality. Then when we conclude that both the world and underlying factor are one and the same then it is Advaitha. So in general what is represented as Shakthi/ Maya is not to be given importance at higher level of Advaitha?

When a soul is ready for merger with Brahman, at the time of death, it merges with Brahman immediately. Even in surya loka and Chandra loka, the souls remain with karmas attached to it. Such souls come back to the universe and are born again according to its karmic bag. When all the karmas are exhausted/experienced, the soul is liberated to merge with Brahman.

So does a soul travel beyond this universe to get liberated? Meaning if the soul is with this universe it would be bound by time and space, hence when you say that it will go to surya loka etc it is still in that bondage. but once the karma is over it will no longer be in the boundaries of this universe thought this universe in a part of God, but merges with the boundless one?

You are absolutely correct.

So when it says that Shakthi out of her compassion guides the people when their love towards her intensifies? So it means that when a person starts thinking about God and his relationship with him this would eventually give rise to experiencing grace? Meaning when the longing becomes more things start happening (meaning longing to understand and experience GOD)

There is no difference between the two. However, Lalita Sahasranama explains Her Grandeur, discusses Her creative, sustenance and dissolving aspects, which Saundaryalahari does not. Saundaryalahari is full of Love and Devotion for Her. It is also believed that Shiva Himself came in the form of Shankaracharya and composed certain verses of Saundaryalahari. But Lalita Sahasranama is composed by Vac Devis, Her attendants. Saundaryalahari is more intimate in nature, particularly the second half. One has to go to Saundaryalahari only after being conversant with Lalita Sahasranama.

What is the difference between a name within the Lalita Sahasranama, and a sloka in the Soundarya Lahari? I'm sure they are both meant to be devotional, but does the long length of a Soundarya Lahari sloka make a difference of some sort, compared to a much shorter name within the Sahasranama???

There is nothing called powerful in mantras or verses or hymns. Between the two, Devi Mahatmyam is in the form of a story and more of narration in nature. But Lalita Sahasranama is rendered by Vac Devis, Her personal attendants. Entire 1000 names express Her Grandeur and acitivities. It is better to go with Lalita Sahasranama to know Her and to become one with HER.  This is what I have written in my book "Understanding and worshiping Sri Chakra". By reading this, you can understand Her importance of understanding Her.  "She now asks all of us to come near Her and She makes us to sit on Her lap again. By sitting on Her lap, we are able to have close darśan of Śiva. He smiles at us and then He looks at Parāśakti. Now She begins to move slowly towards Śiva and ultimately She merges with Him. Now we understand what is really meant by Śiva-śakty-aikya-rūpiṇī (LS 999). We are now inside Śiva and we are liberated, not to be born again!"
