Honestly, i feel sad that some people see the goddes as a weapon to cause harm, specially because all the misinformation on internet about her. By my experience sometimes I meditated upon Dhumavati and she helped me to understand things I've never imagined to understand, to accept things I was not willing to accept and so on. Dhumavati is very wise, she reminds me to my dear great aun who passed away last year, my aunt never got married, she lived completely alone: no sons, no grandsons, no husband. Since I was a very little kid i used to call her grandma so I was her unique kind of grandson. :) sometimes I miss her. I never felt afraid of Dhmavati since she reminds me to my great aun that's why I meditated upon her during some days.

Respected master, I totally agree with you, I mean the best way to worship the Goddes and attain liberations is becoming more peaceful, friendly, tolerant, compassionate, help people, heal people, forgive yur enemies (sometimes it's really hard and challenging as your are very brused or angry, well, at leats it has been hard for me), respect nature, respect nature and respect nature, try to pollute the earth the less you can, a in few words focusing in being a better person but not only for attaining liberation but for making this world better and live in harmony, we can't expect that the mantra or the goddes magically will change us, she can do it but we have to make efforts so that she does it. sometimes we have to do things we didn't expect to do or accept things that we didn't want to accept.

Technically speaking, chanting of Lalita Trishati requies initiation, as it is formed out of 20 repetitions of Panchadashi mantra. But Love and Bhakti for HER overrides this restriction.

Respected sir, it is known that anyone can chant Lalita Sahasranaam but can anyone do Lalita Trishati chanting during navratri without initiation as it is division of panchadashi mantra?

Normally, this should not happen. Please try pranayama as explained in this article, which may bring relief. If you are not getting any relief from this, you may have to see a doctor.  PRANAYAMA
