Based on the information I have received this week from very knowledgeable scholars, this mantra is a Parāṣoḍaśī mantra sourced from the Mahālakṣmī Ratnakoṣa. The mantra is associated with Śrī Mahālakṣmī and said to bring wealth and prosperity to the sādhaka. It has a detailed set of nyāsas and also a pañcadaśa (15) āvaraṇa pūja in the sṛṣṭi (to obtain wealth) and saṁhāra kramas (liberation). Some gurus are of the opinion that the Mahāṣoḍaśī mantra from the Siddhayāmalam is the correct Parāṣoḍaśī mantra due to the inclusion of some bījas associated with the Mahāvidyās and Kāmakalā. There is also a Siddhilakṣmī mantra (that I am unaware of), which is said to be the Parāṣoḍaśī mantra and associated with the uttarāmnāya or anuttarāmnāya tradition. Likewise, a Kāmakalākālī mantra associated with Rājarājeśvarī (Kālī) to be the Guhyakālī mantra. A good friend and sādhaka tells me that Śrī Rājarājeśvarī is fanned by Mahālakṣmī and Sarasvatī devi on Her two sides and the significance is that they are Parāṣoḍaśī and Guhyakālī. Until we have more revelations from the Uttarāmnāya (Nepal texts) tantras, the secrets of these deities may remain hidden and inaccessible to even the most sincere of Her devotees. Sadly this is the state of affairs of our scriptures, that the knowledgeable do not wish to share what they have, for the fear of repercussions that it may cause. There is also a serious lack of research and funding in the field of Sanskrit research related to tantric manuscripts. It should be noted that without the proper initiation from a knowledgeable and practicing guru, no mantra will give its full effects and in most cases no effect at all. Despite being fully aware of these facts, hoarding of mantras and śāstras occurs to this day.

When time allows we will surely consider providing a translation.

Namaste, I came across another such kavacham for Devi Shyamala - https://stotranidhi.com/en/sri-shyamala-kavacham-in-english/amp/ There are also other stotras for Shyamala on the site mentioned. Is it possible to get it translated to English? It willl be very helpful if someone can. Thank you.

A mantra kavacam such as this would require an initiation. You can consider reciting the 108 names if you are not initiated into Her mantras.

I knew in the past a devotee of Shiva who recited this mantra over 26 million times. He is a true Siddha who spread knowledge on the website "Quora" and revealed things that no one knew. He retired to a cave a few years ago. He had many followers for his wisdom, but unfortunately he retreated to a cave. He said that there is a mantra that almost no one practices that leads to states of realization higher than the Sahasrara Chakra: "aruṭperuñjōti aruṭperuñjōti taṉipperuṅkaruṇai aruṭperuñjōti". I didn't know that there were more levels above the Sahasrara Chakra, but I have found that we are a long way from the true ultimate. This Siddha says that this mantra leads to a state equal to millions of Kundalini awakenings. I truly believe that this mantra is far above us. It was revealed by Swami Ramalinga who transmuted his own physical body into a body of pure immortal light in the same living state. The spiritual path requires effort. This Siddha recited the Shiva Mantra 26 million times to reach the levels he is at today. He urged more people to practice the Vast Light of Grace mantra (aruṭperuñjōti aruṭperuñjōti taṉipperuṅkaruṇai aruṭperuñjōti) because hardly anyone practices this mantra these days. I found this subject interesting because I did not know that there were stages of realization higher than those indicated in the Tantras. That our journey does not end at Sahasrara.

Namaste Guruji, Is there any restriction or rules on who can recite this kavacham? I mean is this kavacham only for initiates? Thanks

It removes all types of fear and offers complete protection. I made the correction in the article. Apologies for the errors and thank you for raising this question, which has helped us in addressing the error.

Hello sir, I was reading this article n I have a query. You say that the "hum" mantra is for subjugation, is it only writin this mantra that "hum" beeja is subjugation or in general "hum" is used for subjugation? I'm looking for more mantras with hum in it to understand better.
