Janardhanji,Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful technique. I have a small question -Is there a need to do multiple sets per stage per session? Instead, can we do a single prolonged set while following all of the 6 sets? Because every time we do a set of the six steps, we seem to be disconnecting and then connecting back and agauin working our way up. Why not do it once and stay connected up there for an extended period of time? So, instead of chanting 12 times or so per set, chant 108 or 1008 or more number of times?

Shakti in Trika philosophy is highly potent as everything happens due to Her. She is nothing but the Power of Shiva. This should not be confused with Advaita Philosophy.

The initial will of Lord is to create the universe. Only in order to create, He expands through and in Shakti. She, as Kundalini energy becomes the source of creative energy. Bliss is the nature of Shakti and also the essential nature of Shiva. When we move up in our spiritual path, we understand the true nature of Shakti and Shiva. In our spiritual pursuit, we follow so many methods such as meditation, kundalini meditation, affirmations (for the mind), etc. Through these steps, we make all out efforts to become one with Shiva. When we are advancing in our spiritual path, we can experience Shakti in the form of inexplicable happiness, known as Bliss.

When consciousness becomes pure, automatically we become Shiva. Such a person (he is called yogi) understand everything; he understand both Shiva and Shakti. Without understanding Shakti, we cannot realize Shiva. Without realizing māyā and transcending it, we cannot realize Shiva.

Understanding and contemplating on the meanings of each nama is very important. Please read the Lalita Sahasranamam book, that is on the top of this web page. Mere recitation of the namas may not yield desirable results. If you are looking for any specific benefits, then the Saundarya Lahari book/blog posts on this website might help you. Each stotra is said to yield certain specific results according to the Shaktya tradition.Mantra japa is even better, if combined with Ujjayi Pranayama (Abdominal Breathing) may yield much faster results. An initiation might be required for certain mantras. As Ravi ji pointed out, Utmost Devotion (bhakti) is the most essential part of spiritual practices. All of the above practices require time and effort on our side. Results also depend on various factors like Karma, devotion, practice etc. Patience is definitely required. Do not expect overnight results!

Is it when ParamaShiva has a will to create, the will becomes consciousness meaning Shiva? Because of inherent nature of this consciousness bliss arises, at this stage the will gets externalised and Shakthi gets created because of this? Only from this point the problem of confusion and false identification happens/starts ( which most of us are in this stage) and we again start going back to its true form of consciousness and bliss by intention , affirmation etc. So finally what is cause for initial will of ParamaShiva and cause for Shiva will after the bliss stage?

Sorry for this basic question. Isn't Shakthi always with Shiva all the time, meaning If there is Shiva there will be be Shakthi, but it can be either as an upadi or visesana, as explained in the Spitiual progression articles? In crux both always exists together, even though Shakthi cannot exist without Shiva(which is the cause), but if Shiva exists then Sakthi will exist as upadi or visesana?

Once when the consciousness is pure is it that the state that one enters is the source of everything. Meaning he will understand from that point of view how everything happens and how everything is connected/same? Further in this state if the person with this capability(yogi) will truely understand the essence of everything and how everything is only from him, by realizing the working of all aspects of Maya? By realizing himself?
