For mental recitation, Khadgamala stotra is there already. This simplified navavarana puja should be done on Sri Chakra or Maha Meru and should be done ritualistically.

Can you please clarify, if this can be done as a mental puja by any one, meaning the person will chant all the mantras mentioned above, but will offer all the offering like naivedya, argya, achamana etc mentally, isn't this better, or the above process is not conducive for such type mental puja?Is it necessary that we should have Sri Chakra for the above process, the devis presented in articles have fixed positions in the Yantra, so mentally can't we do the above process in entirety?

Amazing.. I was googling for chakras and came across this post. Vishuddhi chakra signifies expresson, anxiety.. Surprising goddess of fear resides in this part.

Inhale by repeating the mantra once. Hold your breath by repeating the mantra two or three times. Exhale by repeating the mantra two or three times. For example, when you exhale, you have to chant your mantra mentally two or three times. Chanting should be done mentally while inhaling, holding and exhaling.

Yes, flowers will have to placed with left hand. In some traditions, they offer tarpana with left hand and flowers with right hand. In some other traditions, they use right hand for both flowers and vishesha arghya. It varies from tradition to tradition.
