Respected sir, it is known that anyone can chant Lalita Sahasranaam but can anyone do Lalita Trishati chanting during navratri without initiation as it is division of panchadashi mantra?

Normally, this should not happen. Please try pranayama as explained in this article, which may bring relief. If you are not getting any relief from this, you may have to see a doctor.  PRANAYAMA

This is because these mantras do not form part of Sri Rudram in Veda.

What a lucid translation of the Rudram !! Really excellent . Why are the mahamritunjaya mantra and the other stanza considered as an addendum and not a part of the main Rudram ?

In general, in Sri Vidya tradition, first Mahaganapati is initiated and later on, Panchadashi mantra is initiated. It is better to have both these initiations.

This Homa can be conducted only by SRIVIDHYA UPASANA VEDIC PANDIT & also should have Pancadashi upe and as per the articles in online and my friends are referring that, person who is SRIVIDHYA UPASANA VEDIC PANDIT & also should have Pancadashi upadesam. or Pancadashi upadesam alone will do ?

If you reach Maha Shodasi ajapa, you have made it. It becomes automatic. Divine Grace automatically falls and start having many divine experiences and you see divine light. You are in samadhi all the time. Desires and attachments melt away. All you need to do is meditate after this and you are done. There are many who are in this state who are under Ravi. Anyone regardless or circumstance can reach these states. I wish for everyone to be free.

DIfficult to find words to describe these experiences other than it gives an enormous inspiration to prospective spiritual seekers. This is a condensed version of the experiences described by the great masters of India over the ages. From Jnaneshwar in his Amritanubhava to Yogananda in his Autobiography of a Yogi to Muktananda in his Play of Consciousness, one finds remarkably similar experiences in their respective journeys to the Ultimate.
