No, you cannot do that. Either you simply add OM or prefix ॐ ऐं ह्रीं श्रीं om aiṁ hrīṁ śrīṁ. This is known as pranava + tritatri.

Ok, so can actually one start chanting any of these without an initiation from a guru? I’m sure one is needed at some point, but is it still doable just chanting right off the bat?

in the Sahasranamavali there is om in front of each name.. can we put om shri in front of each name?

As you are aware that 183 verses are the basis for 1000 nāma-s. If we prefix श्री śrī before nāma-s we will be deviating from original verses. Havan is done with 183 verses. Nāma-s are carved out of verses. Hence, for havan, only original verses are used. There is no need to add नमः namaḥ at the end of each verse while doing havan. Only स्वाहा svāhā is to suffixed.

Namaste Ravi ji excuse my ignorance I'm a little confused 1- why there is no shri in front of many Names -- 2- why we don't do havan with 1000 names --- 3-why do we make havan in verses 4- -to make homa of sloka we must end the verse with namah before saying om swaha?
