Please request your guru to initiate you into the Śrī Cakra pūja and then after performing a few iterations of it, you may start reciting the Kavacam. There are people who perform this on a daily basis. You may practice the laghu version and perform it as directed by your guru. Please note that this ritual requires a guru initiation, as their name and those of the preceptors are invoked in it.

I have been initiated into soubhagya panchadashi. but not into shri chakra puja. I recite khadgamala stotra daily. do u think soubhagya kavacha would be helpful even if I am not initiated into shri chakra puja? Soubhagya kavacah prologue says that that kavacha is for devotees of lalita tripura sundari and also mentions that one should be initiated and practicing shri chakra puja.please throw light on this. regards

You should seek the advice of a medical practioner and follow the same. This stotram is for karmic relief and spiritual transformation and is not a substitute in any manner for medical ailments. You may use it in addition to medical treatment.

It is meant for Bhairavi worshippers only. It should be noted that mantra japa, yantra pūja and kavacam plus stotram go hand in hand. One must practice all of these on a daily or regular basis as time allows to see any marked changes over a period of time.

I have noises in my ears, which stanza of Saundrya Lahiri shall I recite. Presently I am reciting first stanza nine times daily.

Will this kavacha be helpful for Lalita tripura sundari sadhaka. I have not been initiated into tripura bhairavi mantra. I don't find lalita mula mantra kavacha to be providing much benefits to do that regularly. so need a better kavacha which provides more benefits. please guide!

The norm is to seek an initiation into any mantra or stotra etc, especially those associated with tantra. This kavacam is most effective if you recite any of the associated Ugra Tārā mantras. In my opinion it is better to seek an initiation from a practicing guru. If you are unable to do so, you may pray to the Divine Mother to grant permission and recite for 3 days. If there are no untoward incidents or harmful effects from the recitation, then you may proceed. But please be aware, that for proper siddhi (fruition) of any mantra, initiation from an adept guru is a must.

I have been doing tara ashtakam and neela saraswati stotram for about two years with intense devotion.Everything auspicious has happened in my life. But not initiated or chanting her mantras . But i do japa of saraswati mantra taken from sharada tilaka tantra , saraswati stotras, and saraswati kavacha. Since tara is none other than saraswati can one go ahead with the recitation of this kavacham?
