Melatonin is the name of the hormone which guides our sleep cycle secreted by Pineal Gland. Melanin is a pigment produced from Melanocytes responsible for color of the skin, eyes, hair etc. Kindly correct the statement. Thank you

Question by a beginner who owns a five mukhi kantha (Nepal beads) and a kantha of 32 beads of various mukhis with the Indian one mukhi (ardha chandra) as sumeru: If the energization mantras mentioned here are tantric and require initiation, how can lay people like me who are spiritually inclined but not initiated, energize their rudrakshas? At the time of purchase, I was told that merely chanting the Siva panchakshari should suffice. Request patience if I am missing something. Would be grateful for the guidance. Many thanks, saketa

Can we chant Matangi mantra without initiation ? Or any other mantra of matangi Devi that I can chant to get rid of stammering ? Any buddh grah mantra as well for stammering ?

Sir I am initiated by a guru but my bala mantra has 5 bija aksharas I cannot tell the mantra how should I know the curse removal mantra for it if I don't have access to my guru please guide me, and should I chant curse removal on same mala on which I chant bala mantra

let me reveal the actual manthra. shreem can be used as an aatma bija for anyone. and the panchadasi inside shodasi is completed with adding shreem at the end. so the manthra is as follows- om shreem hreem kleem aim sauh shreem hreem shreem ka e i la hreem ha sa ka ha la hreem sa ka la hreem shreem souh aim kleem hreem shreem.

Pranaams to you Krishnaji! I had read your above comment and while doing my prayers that evening while chanting Maa's Ashtottara Shatnamavali, this thought suddenly entered my mind that if the Pratyangira Shakti within me, gets activated fully, it would then be able to connect with that energy across the Universe, even the Deities. That would be right, wouldn't it?
