you will realise that in each amnaya in the sri-vidya tradtiion, devi is red with goad and noose etc. thats's because, lalita herself pervades and shines through each amnaya as kamakala. all credits to Her, and all of this information is from sri devi yagna volume 6 album sung by nityashree mahadevan and references of Atmananthada's writings

Can you please explain how Navarna Mantra is to be aligned with breath, how to break it ? Or should I do it full mantra in inhalation and full mantra in exhalation. Like I want to recite it all times even at walking too. So how to do it

I would recommend reading this article to get an idea about āmnāyas. Each āmnāya is different.

Namaste Krishna-ji. Thanks for your kind reply. One quick question: Is anuttaraamnaaya = dakshinaamnaaya, or more like a fork/branch from uttaraamnaaya? In other words is Shri Dakshinamurthy the revered seer for dakshinaamnaaya? Pardon me if I'm mixing up things. I don't mean to cause any distraction. Pranams Anil

Mantra śāstra in general comes under the smṛti category and only certain verses taken from the Vedas and regarded as mantras, come under the śruti category. The tantras form the backbone for mantra śāstra. Not all upaṇiṣads come under the śruti category either.

"Before going to sleep, one should compulsorily recite the mantra a few times, by lying on the bed." Regarding this, if one ate something before sleeping, from a source I read that one must do snana because the vidya mantra loses its power if one recites it verbally without snana. May I have some input on this?
