Namaskar Ravi Ji, In viniyog, at some places it is " Aim Beejam, Klim Shakti, Sauh Keelkam", where as at some other places, it is " Aim Beejam, Sauh Shakti, Klim Keelkam". Please tell what is the difference and which one is correct. Regards, Vineet Gupta

Sometimes, there could be congestion in a particular psychic chakra. This does not mean physical congestion, but means only psychic congestion. Such congestion can be cleansed only with our mind and consciousness. Other so called cleaning methods are only hype in nature. Pranayama is one thing, that will surely cleanse the chakras. Meditation not only cleanses our chakras, but also purifies our mind consciousness. That is why, we feel lite after meditation.

Is it true that there gemstones and plants that clean our chakras or thats just a new age thing? If it's true which plants and gemstones are useful and how to use them? By the way, is it true that we can clean our chakras or the mere concept of "cleaning chakras" is a missunderstanding of chakras and the only way to clean them is by meditation and pranayama?
