Subtle Meaning of Kamakala:kaamakalaa = k+a+a; m+a; k+a; l+a+aMeaning of Kaama:k=maaya, a=chaitanyam, a=sudha chaitanyam, m=avidya, a=jeeva chaitanyam. After maaya is removed (avichhinna) then chaitanyam will get. After avidya is removed this jeeva chaitanyam will be turned into suddha chaitanyam.Meaning of Kalaa:k=aakaasam (space), a=chaitanyam, l=prithvi (earth), a=chaitanyam, a=suddha chaitanyamSubtly it is conveying that, from earth to space all the things which can be seen (drushya (=available, watchable etc) are brahman only. Above earth & space there is chaitanyam and that chaitanyam is suddha chaitanyam. This is nothing but "sarvamkhalvidam brahma"In totality, kaamakalaa means, it is the link between all things which can be seen (drushyamaana) and all things which cannot be seen (adrushyamaana). This dhyana will lead the jeeva chaitanya to sudha chaitanya. This sudha chaitanya is nothing but Eeswar (Siva). That means the saadhaka will be transformed into Siva.Balidaana:After reciting this mantra, 4 - om hrīṁ sarvavighnakṛdbhyaḥ sarvabhūtebhyo huṁ phaṭ svāhā|, show yoni mudra.Keep bali patra on nairuthi side.Typographical error: Kaamakalaa mantra III(a) English version may be corrected as per the Sanskrit versionReply

One of the extensive bali procedures is available for Caṇḍi homa. As you know, navāvaraṇa homa begins soon after kāmakalādyāna and before bali. Since, this series is not going to deal with homa procedure, only normal bali is discussed in the article. This is the bali used for navāvaraṇa pūjā. I will write complete balidāna separately along with havana procedure in due course of time.

In the Srividhyasadhana.org they have mentioned the third line differently as Om Srim Hrim instead of Om hrim srim.in the shodasi mantra. Are they same and can it be in any order?

Both are right. They are two different mantras of Tripura Bhairavi. This mantra is easier to pronounce - हसैं हसकरीं हसैं hasaim hasakarīm hasaim.
