1) In ajapa mantra: There is no om. This is the difference between paranishkala kosamba and ajapa kosamba. 2) In Rajamatangeswari ratnamba mantra, sarvasatvavasankari may be added before sarvalokavaśaṅkari.3) Concepts of Panchapanchika: 3a) Panchapanchikas represent panchabhutas aakas to prithvi from bottom to top respectively. It is well known that aakas posses one guna, vaayu posses two gunas, agni posses three gunas, jala posses four gunas and prithvi posses five gunas. Total of these gunas are 15. Panchabhutas originated from the Brahman. For Shakteyis this Brahman is Srimata. All these 15 gunas are formed as panchadasi mantra of Sri Mahatripurasundari. That means Srimahatriupurasundari is in all these panchabhutas. In other words panchabhutas are originated from Srimata. This is the reason for worshiping of panchapanchikas here. 3b) In Taittireeya upanishad pancha kosas viz., annamaya, pranamaya, manomaya, vijnanamaya and anandamaya referred. Panchapanchikas subtly represent these panch kosas.

No, it is not mandatory. But kundalini will ascend depending upon one's spiritual attainment.

Jñāni is the one who has higher spiritual knowledge. Spiritual knowledge means knowledge about the Spirit or Nirguṇa Brahman or Brahman without attributes. This is the stage without māyā. Yogi is the one who has united his individual consciousness with Supreme Consciousness (Nirguṇa Brahman). Though this union takes place, it is neither strongly nor confidently established. In other words, this yoke is not complete. As far jīvanmukta is concerned, he is totally a realized person and continues to exist only to spend away remnants of karmas to get liberated at the time of his death. There is no separate interpretation of these terms for kuṇḍalinī.

Kula is related to materialistic activities (desires). As per Kamakalavilasa, akula sahasrara is below the muladhara chakra. There is no mention about kula sahasrara. The head chakra is known as sahasrara chakra only. But for samayacharis/dakshinacharis, head sahasrara is akula sahasrara.Whatever the position, let us know why sahasrara is called as akula sahasrara?Main emphasis of Kaulachara is on lower chakras especially muladhara chakra. There locate the Trikonam by kaulacharis. Where there is trikonam, there is a bindu also. So, worshiping trikonam and bindu as per kaula saastra will destroy all materialistic desires. Destroying of materialistic desires lead to detachment and liberation. That means kula to A-kula. The sahasrara near to trikonam is A-kula sahasrara. So it is logical that akula sahasrara is below the muladhara chakra. In case of dakshina/samayacharis, trikonam is in the head of a human. So bindu is also presents there. Where there is a bindu there is sahasrara chakra. Hence, as per these traditions, akula sahasrara is at head sahasrara.
