Śrī Vidyā is meant to be learnt under the strict guidance of a well-versed guru. Without the proper guru pāduka etc., I seriously doubt if there would be any progress in the sadhana.

This mantra can only be recited by those who are initiated into this supreme sadhana. The process of tantra is a bit complicated to explain. I will consider writing an article to explain the japa krama when time allows.

The damsels are attracted to the sādhaka is the literal meaning. I would suggest reading further and understanding the deeper spiritual meaning conveyed by this and all other verses to attain Her grace in due course of time.

You can recite it if you are initiated into the 37 lettered mantra of Śrī Ucchiṣṭa Gaṇapati. It is extremely hard to please the Higher deities and it generally takes a few years of sādhana to be able to see some benefits.

I have seen both forms in use. I have published what I was initiated into and recite from time to time.

It is for creating a very strong current within.

You can use Aksharamukha or Sanscript or any other online tools to convert from Roman IAST to Devanāgari.

I have not come across this mantra. Can you please provide the source so I can lookup and consider publishing it for you? We usually don't publish śābara mantras and I am hoping that this does not fall in that category. There are some very good books available on śābara mantras which you may lookup, in case this mantra comes in that category. If not, I will definitely consider publishing it in full if you can provide the source with the full japa vidhi, in case you are aware. Either way, I will search for it.
