I am suffering from depression, stress, anxiety or some sort of negative energy for a long time due to which not able to take bath on regular basis. Can I listen LS and VS in morning ? I have strong urge to listen these sahasranaam. Can someone more advanced realised practitioner sadhak can answer this question ? I know these are siddha stotra but if somone is sick and need spiritual treatment as cure how can he follow all rule and regulations beforehand ? Untill unless one gets some relief? Thanks

I forwarded them to a manuscript expert and she was unable to go further. We will need some more manuscripts that have the same mantra/stotra and legibly written.

'setu' denotes a bridge. A setu mantra will bridge the gap between us and the mantra in order to access its benefits. The mahāsetu allows access to the highest level of benefits, which would be self-realization and possibly liberation, if we become eligible for the same.
