I am sorry. It is a typographical error. It should read like this. "One has to be totally involved with a particular verse or series of verses."

"One has to be totally involved with a particular verse of series of verses." What does this mean exactly?

"ha" for exhalation and "sa" for inhalation. In this, we have to watch our breath only.

How does one practice Hamsa meditation, which of the following would be the correct approach 1 - Chanting Hamsa (Ha during exhalation then contemplate during internal kumbhaka and Sa during inhalation and contemplation of Sa during external kumbaka) 2 - Soham (So during inhalation then contemplate during internal kumbhaka and ham during exhalation and contemplation of ham during external kumbaka) 3 - Soham Hamsa (Soham during inhalation and Hamsa during exhalation) 4 - Hamsa Soham (Hamsa during inhalation and Soham during exhalation) 5 - Soham Hamsa (So - inhale, ham - exhale, ham - inhale and sa - exhale and vice versa for Hamsa Soham)

No. Siddhi mantra is a personal mantra containing bijaksharas. Shiva Panchakshari mantra is considered as Supreme mantra, which also forms the central part of Yajur Veda.

Since the Siddhi mantra is nothing but Shiva mantra. Is it ok to do anustana of siddhi mantra based on the above process?

Devi is Prakaśa Vimarśa Mahāmāyā Svarupiṇi. She will surely fulfill our legitimate desires. But it all depends upon our karmas and more than that, the intensity of our devotion to Her.

This verse talks about Vishnu being attractive enough to attract even Lord Shiva. You state it is imperative one should worship Devi to get his desires fulfilled. Can this verse also show that Devi can make the seemingly impossible come true? Devi can grant even impossible wishes? Is this accurate?

Yes, bhakti alone is importnat. When bhakti is at its peak, we can feel tears rolling down our cheeks.
