You need to follow the Kālī krama and for that, you must seek a guru who is well versed in that tradition. I honestly do not have any references that I can provide you, but you should explore it to the best extent possible.

The mantra referenced in your google document and this are the same. I don't really understand your question. In general, there can be different variations in the Viniyoga etc and the mantra can still be the same. This is due to differences inherent in various traditions. You simply need to follow the mantra that you are initiated in. Nothing wrong in gaining knowledge, but let is be specific to the path that you are following.

She is the destroyer of all evil. The word 'duṣṭa' signifies all evil. She is 'Cāṇḍālini', the destroyer. You may also interpret this as the One who is extremely evil, which is also correct from the standpoint of the evildoers as She punishes them. In reality, She is extremely evil and benevolent. There is nothing that She is not including nothingness - śūnya.

Prince, how to trace? each recitation is to be visualised as a ray passing corresponding petals? this, i guess, is about hasakşamalavarayaum too?) are Padukas meant for meditated in Sahasrara with a water flow from feet there to all the body, or they may be worshipped any other way? thank you<3
