Thank you sir. I am still lost. Please clarify it for me again. From the logic that I understood, the A1-A5, B1-B5, A1-E1, D2-G2,... are the same sets, meaning the akshara-s within are the same. Is that the correct logic, sir?

She encompasses all the Bhāvas. You may see Her as Tamasic based on the dhyāna śloka.

The correct interpretation of this cakra seems to have been lost. You can look at this cakra drawn on a sphere fully embracing it on all sides. You may go from left to right, top to bottom from the starting point associated with your name. Another way to look at it, is to see the squares A1, A5, B1, B6 as one set and the others are assimilated in a similar manner. Within these 4 small squares, you can go in a clockwise manner for determining the siddha, ari etc configurations. There are many squares that are used to determine which mantra suits best and this is the most popular one. Regardless, one who follows the rules associated with mantra fruition, may most likely gain benefits.

It is best to not mix them up. Follow the Trika as it is the most thought provoking and deeply spiritual philosophy that has been revealed to mankind. The tantric system of Kālī or Śrī krama may borrow some principles from Trika but are definitely NOT the same. The attributes of Parāśiva in Trika would be different from what you would encounter within the Śākta kramas. Also, the Supreme Divine would be Śakti vs Śiva depending on which system we are following.

Hello sir, with this sentence "The eyes (gross body) convey the image of the snake to the mind (casual body) which orders the person to run away from the snake (legs gross body)", does it mean the mind belong to both causal body and subtle body?

My understanding is a bit different, the great acharyas of Trika developed the philosophy in such a way that everything can be included under its umbrella, in fact it was their direct declaration, as such I am inclined to believe that there must be a way to see this in light of Trika besides saptapretasana and other "shakta" Concepts are there in the krama system too which is well understood in light of Trika without challenging the absolute status of Shiva (although shakti's status is also the same...) Not to mention that in the kashmira tantra stream pratyangira/siddhalakshmi is basically the same as Kalasamkarshini..... But i am not really trying to challenge the "shakta" Belief just wanted understanding things, I have another doubt though, you said that in shakta philosophy she transcends Parashiva/Parabhairava who in the Trika system is Anuttara along with his inseparable shakti Para/Paratita bhattarika, so in shakta system is only shakti given the status of Anuttara? Since nothing can really be beyond Anuttara so for the goddess to transcend Parashiva Parashiva must not be Anuttara in your system? (Forgive me if this seems like a childish question as I said I am a beginner)
