It cannot be used anywhere. It should be used only when you worship Her, that too secretively. Mudras should never be performed publicly. Yoni mudra can also be used to pay reverence to Sri Vidya Guru. But it can be practiced at home any number of times. aiṁ (ऐं)is the bija for yoni mudra. But, this need not be recited generally. It is used only during navāvaraṇa puja.

Ravi what are the procedures for Yoni Mudra?for many time should we practise per day and should we recite Sri Vidya Mantras also.Regards,Matt

Atma bija is applicable only certain mantras. For example, Gayatri, Shiva mantras and Vishnu mantras are exempted. Secondly, Atma bija should be prefixed and affixed to a mantra and should not be inserted in the main part of the mantra, except Shodashi. Prefixing and suffixing is known as mantra sampuṭīkaraṇa. In exceptional cases, atma bija is used while formulating certain mantras for remedial measures.
