If you are reciting only once per sitting, then recite the entire kavacam. If you wish to recite the kavacam several times per sitting, then start from the beginning, but repeat the middle part from the 'kavacamārambham' section to the start of the 'phalaśruti' section, multiple times and after the last count, continue to the 'phalaśruti' section and complete it.

Hi sir. In general, most of the stotras and kavachas has phala stuti at the end. Do one need to recite phala stuti as well at the end of the stotra/kavacha to get results? Thank you.....

Nityotsava of Śrī Umānandanātha is a book on Śrī Vidyā, considered to be a supplement to the famous Paraśurāma Kalpasutrā, a treatise on Śrī Vidyā. This kavacam and mantra is to be recited by advanced Śrī Vidyā sādhakas (devotees), who have the ṣoḍaśi dīkṣa (initiation). It is not recommended for non Śrī Vidyā devotees, as it is a very powerful stotra and there are sufficient warnings within the Kavaca indicating the same in the introduction and benefits sections.

I am totally in agreement with Jayanth ji's reply. Please stick only to Bālā mantra. There is no need to recite this kavacam. You may recite the Bālā Kavacam provided on this site or from any other source. The answers to your questions below - 1. Unless there is extreme fear and effects of black magic or if things are really in a bad shape or if there is a strong attraction to this most fierce form of Devi, I would suggest the more gentle forms of Devi, such as Bālā, Bhuvaneśvarī etc. instead of Vārāhī, Pratyaṅgirā, Kāli etc. There is a danger of karmas burning up really fast in the case of ugra devatas that not many have the capability to overcome. For most purposes, Bālā devi is best. 2. Śrī Pratyaṅgirā is also called as Narasiṃhika, the śakti of Lord Narasiṃha. The Karāvalamba Stotram can be recited if you wish to recite it instead of this kavacam. This Kavacam is much more powerful than that stotram, but both offer protection from all negative energies.

In ajna chakra, there is pituitary gland, which is known as master endocrine gland. If ajna chakra is properly activated, other lower chakras are activated. When pituitary gland is active, all lower endocrine glands are taken care of by it.

It should be done as Om Kakara Rupai Namaha, Om Kalyanyai Namaha, etc.

Sir, if we try to activate only Agna chakra, will there be a imbalance in other chakras? or Agna chakra takes care of all other chakras?
