Bala mantra is sufficient to give protection no need to go for additional mantra. Pratyangira kavacha produced in the website is very potent than any stotras. I would suggest you to chant Bala mantra as it is more beneficial for providing all round improvement and protection

Namaste. I have read the complete article about Sri Lalitha Sahasranaama (An interpretation of 1000 names), and sincerely thank you for the detailed explanations. Since nothing happens without Her wish, I attribute stumbling on this informative web site to the Divine Mother, even though I have not take any initiation from the sources listed on this site. However, I am initiated into the SriVIdya practice from two gurus (again it is her leela), and currently practicing Sri Bala mantra. My questions are: 1. Is it OK to recite Sri Prathyangira Devi Sarvartha Kavacham listed on this site whenever I feel that additional protection is needed (out of fear or on sensing negative energy)? 2. What is the difference between Sri LakshmiNrusimha tatva and Sri Pratyangira Devi shakti? I ask this question because of the very similar images. Is it safer to recite Sri LakshmiNrusimha Karavalambana strotram on a daily basis than Sri Prathyangira Devi Sarvartha kavacham? With respectful pranams, Anil

Not only previous births, but also karmic impressions accrued during this birth.

Namaskaram Gurugaru. Is the time gap between attachment and detachment due to one's karmic account of previous births?

Literally it can be translated as "Jewel crown of knowledge". Here knowledge refers to knowledge of Vedanta.

The Divine Mother Sumukhi mantra can be recited with the kavacam. I would suggest getting an initiation for the mantra or at least following all the procedures for self-initiation, in the event a suitable guru is not available. The consort of Lord Ucchiṣṭa Gaṇapati is Hastipiśāci alias Ucchiṣṭa Caṇḍālinī, also called as Sumukhi, the pleasing one. Sumukhi Devi is an aspect of the Divine Mother Mātaṅgī. When Lord Ucchiṣṭa Gaṇapati is depicted as blue in color, He is paired with Nīlasarasvati, an aspect of Tārā Devi. It is to be noted that in all these aspects, Lord Ucchiṣṭa Gaṇapati is seen as the God-head and equated with Lord Śiva. The worship of both Sumukhi Devi and Lord Ucchiṣṭa Gaṇapati have fewer rituals and can fructify with utmost devotion alone.

Sir, Thanks for posting this kavacham. I wanted to know whether we can also start chanting Sumukhi mantra along with kavacham also please let us know how are matangi devi and ucchishta ganapati related to each other as in both the Mantras ucchishta and Pisa chini are used also they don't have any regulation for chanting the Mantras. Please provide us the relation between both forms of worship Thanks and Regards Krishnakant
