Sharada Tilaka also has a yantra for this. नृसिंहयन्त्रम् बीजं साध्यसमन्वितं प्रविलिखेन्मध्येऽष्टपत्रेष्वथो मन्त्रार्णान् श्रुतिशो विभज्य विलिखेत् लिप्या बहिर्वेष्टयेत् । बाह्ये कोणगबीजबद्ध वसुधा गेहद्वयेनावृतं यन्त्रं क्षुद्रविषग्रहामयरिपुप्रध्वंसनं श्रीपदम् ॥ ३२ ॥ यन्त्रमाह बीजमिति । बीजं वक्ष्यमाणं नारसिंहम् । श्रुतिशश्चत्वारि चत्वारि । लिप्या मातृकया । कोणगं बीजं नृसिंहबीजम् । यन्त्रं एवंभूतम् । बद्धं व्यतिभिन्नं यद्वसुधागेहद्वयं तेन वृतम् ॥ ३२ ॥ अब श्री नृसिंह का यन्त्र वर्णन करते हैं- अष्टदल कमल के मध्य में वक्ष्यमाण श्री नृसिंह बीज (द्र. १६. ३९) साध्य के नाम से युक्त कर लिखे । तदनन्तर अष्टदलों पर चार चार अक्षरों के विभाग के क्रम से श्री नृसिंह के ३२ अक्षरों को लिखे । तदनन्तर उसे बाहर मातृकावर्णों से घेर देवे । बाहर के कोणों पर श्री नृसिंह का बीज लिखे । पुनः परस्पर भिन्न दो भूविम्बों से घेर देवे । इस प्रकार से निर्मित यह यन्त्र क्षुद्र रोग, विष, ग्रहबाधा, महारोग और शत्रुओं का विनाश करता है और लक्ष्मी भी प्रदान करता है ॥ ३२ ॥

Pranam Sir, can you please clarify in which direction the head of the yantra should be placed? i read about the yantra directions and geographic directions are different. So, should the yantra be placed in such a way so that 6,11,19 (in the yantra above) is facing away from us and 5,7,15 face toward us? Then of course, while doing the pooja, East in yantra would be where my geographic south is? Or in other words. does the head of the yantra always need to be facing geographic east? Or should the head of the yantra face the actual geographic south direction?

Is the dasha mahavidya Matangi a fully distinctive goddess from Mantrini/ Raja Shymala, or is she something like an involution or incarnation for this universe of Lalitā’s chief minister? Is this mahavidya in tantra specifically the one adored as Ucchistha Matangi?

I am a beginner. I just got initiated 15 days back. I am chanting bala navaksari Mantra. Not been able to sit and meditate continuously for an hour. So, I sit for mediation 30 minutes in the morning and night after work. Even during these 30 minutes my mind will be revolving around my work, kids , personal life and many other things - But recent past this as reduced. Anyone in the name direction can you guide me on how you people are able to concentrate. I was asto to read about meditation for continuous 8 years - that is just awesome. Also, I want to know how do we bring mediaition towards ajna chakra.
