Scriptures say that the best time to recite mantras is early in the morning, before sunrise. But according to me (from my own experience), the best time would be when the mind is free.

Awesome work RaviI have no words to say thank you to You.I was searching for the "Trailokya Mohana Kavacham from KaliKhanda for many years and never found it.Thanks to you,now I have it.I will start recite it from now and what time is the best to recite this Maha Rahasya Kavacham?

It is Mahākālasaṁhitā and not as mentioned previously. It is in the form of conversation between Mahākāla and Devi and fairly a lengthy one.
