If maha shodashi is initiated and chanted for 9 lakh times keeping the count and later if the prescribed puruscharnas are done, doing all this ensure mantra siddhi?

Ganapati Sahasranama is yet another Sahasranama. There are no parts in Lalita Sahasranama. We have to recite this as one part. However, in the learning stages, we can split into any number of namas and learn. Once learnt, it is be recited as a single part only.
