One is blessed to have Mahashodashi mantra only if his or her karmic account permits. Mahashodashi is not only for liberation, but also for peaceful and prosperous living. The placement of bijaksharas will surely ensure perfect balance between material ans spiritual life.

Om Sri Matre Namaha!!!It was good to read this post & your replies really shows that devi resides in your heart. May God bless you. So this is the reason why I came here. I am a staunch devotee of Goddess Shakti. I wanted to know all about her. I took interest in reading the puranas & itihasaas to know about devi. I was not initiated to Lalita Sahasranama. But I learnt it myself, & i use to offer it as a small token of love & devotion I have for the Devi. But I always felt unfulfilled because of the fact, I dont have a Meru in my home & I dont know the Sri Vidya Mnatra. Eventhough it is available on the net I dont want to recite it without the help of a Guru. But in this contemporary world you know its difficult to believe any spiritual Guru. Please give me a solution for my guilt feeling. Will my mother (Jaganmatar Devi) accept my prayers without proper initiation. Or where and how can i get initiated.

Thank you. Last birth also implies lot if undue suffering and expending many births past life karmas too. Since maha shodashi mantra is for liberation, do youngsters also get initiated into shodashi mantra japa? How will they balance the material and personal life.

i have lots of questions in my mind..i am non veg and married guy..but i do mahamrityunjaya recitation everyay, aditya hridayam on sunday...buddaye namah on wednesday..siva tandav strotam when i get time..i dnt know how i became intrested in strotam..i searched on internet and started.. i felt that remembering god anytym is ok..it has no rules..or if we remember god from heart than any time is ok..but sometime i get curious we offer animal in kuldevta pujaa..but not othertime..can i recite this mantra as usual..as i am non veg..i believe beign veg and wishing for meat is sin..also being married i cant b away from my partner physically..but i believe in god..i dnt have guru..so before starting all these chants i always remember lord shiva..as my guru..can i continue with these chantsss..or should i follow any ruless..if yes please guide me

Which Scripture has the 4 lettered Mrityunjaya mantra ? How many times to recite it to heal any body pain ?i am familiar with the long version but not with this short one . please help someone.
