You could be facing an extreme attack through black magic for which there can be salvation through worship of Śrī Pratyaṅgirā Devī or Śrī Śarabheśvara (Ākāśa Bhairava). I would recommend reciting the Śrī Pratyaṅgirā Devī Khaḍgamālā in front of Her yantra. You may use Kuṅkuṁ or flowers for the arcaṇa. But the fact still remains, Panchadashi mantra is alone sufficient to lead a person to liberation.
