Sir, I have one more question. I read that some mantras has the power to burn karmas. Some has the power to change the status of a person from rags to riches etc..., when chanted with devotion. Is that true? Does mantras has that much of power, which can change the position of a person in the society? If so, which is the best mantra that has the power to act fast and burn all karmas and provide happy life with everything in abundance?

You have to practice pranayama before meditation. Please read the article here and follow PRANAYAMA While meditating, bring your attention on your ajna chakra. To begin with, look at the tip of the nose and then close your eyes and shift your focus to ajna chakra. Please do not apply pressure on the eyeballs. Once you begin to feel pulsation at your ajna chakra, keep your eye balls in normal condition. If you practice this way, you will vibrations in your ajna chakra. Please do not get up when you begin to feel the vibrations nor open your eyes. You have to continue to sit and remain seated with your eyes closed lightly.

Hi sir. When I sit for meditation, out of 100 times, I feel some sensation on the forehead only once. Rest 99 times, I don't feel it. Also, while the sensation starts, I couldn't sit and I open the eyes. What measures should I take such that I keep the sensation longer and to get it all the 100 times. Thanks!

Laghu Shodashi has 16 beejaksharas where as Mahashodashi has 28 beejaksharas. Both form part of Sri Vidya. After Laghu Shodashi, Mahashodashi is initiated, which is the Ultimate mantra in Sri Vidya.

Its not Siva. Its Sivaa, which means the female form of the siva. Both Siva and Shakti are same. The form or energy which doesn't move and always meditate is Siva. The form or energy which always moves is Shakti. When "ANYONE" sits in meditation and tries to realize oneself is called "SIVA". The very same person, when walks or performs any kriya for universal good is called "SHAKTI". You understand more clearly by "observing a glacier". The glacier is made up of water and when it is hard, its in the form of ice. When it moves, it is in the form of water.

Yes, you can do navavarana puja. You can also chant Dasamahavidya mantras, as you are rreciting this one time only and not as mantra japa.
