Hi sir, I have practiced Hamsa mantra as mentioned in the article for about 5 minutes (exhale Ham and inhale Sa) and I felt something is happening in my body. I felt trembled and scared. I couldn't move for sometime. Should I continue or stop? Thank you.

The mantra is correct. There is no 'jaya' in this mantra.

We are paying our respects to the Rishi of the mantra. We are remembering the chandas of the mantra and we are worshiping the Devata of the mantra.

Ravi Guruji, Pranams. I wish to know from you the significance of Rishi-Chandas-Devata chanted before Mantras. Kindly let me know.

Greetings. I am currently learning this Kavacam with your guidance. Is there a recording that you can direct me to assist in correct Sanskrit pronunciation? It does not appear that YouTube contains this Kavacam.

Sir, in the given mantra, 'Jaya' is not present. Am I missing anything? Also, you mentioned it is a 12 lettered mantra, but 12 letters are not present in the given mantra. Could you clarify my doubt? Thank you very much :)

Mantra chant can be continued throughout the life. It is better not to expect any benefits. Chances of the mantra siddhi become brighter, if we don't expect anything from the mantra japa.

The shorter mantra is generally suggested.

Thank you for pointing out the error. The correction has been made.
