Hi sir, are rushyadi nyasas required for Bala mantra? If yes, could you please add them as well? Thank you.

Its potency lies in performing the mantra japa prior to the recitation of the kavacam. Her mantras require an initiation from a practicing guru.

Vārāhī devi is aṅga devata of Mahāṣoḍaśī. There is no specific need to chant Her mantras, unless one has been initiated in the krama procedure. If for any reason you feel the need, then you may request the mantra from your guru and chant or self-initiate, since you are already at the highest stage of Śrīvidyā.

Can I just recite it or do I need initiation of some kind?

Is it ok to chant just the [ caturdaśottaraśatyakṣari mantra ( चतुर्दशोत्तरशत्यक्षरि मन्त्र ) :- The 114 lettered mantra ] 21 times or more during the Varahi Gupta Navarathri if one is initiated in to Mahashodashi ? or separate initiation is needed by Guru on this Vartali Varahi Mantra Japa and purascharana of Vartali Varahi Mantra Japa ?

They're punctuation marks to end the statement. A single line verse may have a single '|' and a two line verse likewise will have a double '|' to end the verse. However, a three or a four line verse may have a single '|' for all the lines except the final line, which will have a double '|'.

Pranaam Guruji, I wanted to know what it signifies to enter | and/or || at the end of kutas / mantras and where/when should these be used. Thanks

The mantra derivation from the relevant tantras, should be the source to determine if there is an om̐ to be added or not. However, it is most important to not follow mantras from a book or any other type of publication, but to actually receive it from a practicing guru. The role of a guru and the guidance received is sacrosanct and must be followed strictly. In our guru lineage, the mantras that were initiated had om̐ prefixed and the same has been provided here for the benefit of those who wish to follow this tradition. Yes, the mantras when sourced to the relevant tantras may not have an om̐ prefixed or replaced. But also there are many secrets that are not openly revealed. We are very thankful that a path to the highest mantra was revealed and initiated to all the sincere devotees without any barriers related to their origin of birth etc. In addition to the monumental efforts of Shri Ravi guruji and the selfless service he has rendered for the benefit of all seekers, We are also making a small effort to catalog and publish some other mantras that have been derived from tantras AS IS, without any modifications. This is by no means an invitation to practice as one pleases, but is simply a reference to understand the inner meaning of the underlying concepts that may aid practitioners succeed in their spiritual path. We sincerely advice seekers to find a good guru and follow their advice.
