I have not come across the phalaśruti. In general, it is for both bhoga and mokṣa. It is important to note that the end goal is always mokṣa for higher sādhanas such as these and the path that unfolds will take us there.

hi all, today i had a wonderful interaction with a friend of mine, psychologist. And we found that in a virtual place under my head there was a serious block. It was located 3.5 inches over my forehead and an inch back towards Sahasrara. She managed to help me get rid of a quite negative energy there, and then i pit there little murti of Bala. Regarding 17, is it saying avidya arises only when an appearance is mistaken for anything other than consciousness, and that awareness’s fundamental nature is to objectify itself? Also, does resolution mean laya or recognition or something other in this context?

Stop the practices immediately, if you haven't already done so. You should consult a good medical professional to help you with your health issues. Once you are stable, you can seek help from a Kriya yoga guru in person and then continue with these practices. An in-person consultation with a guru is always recommended and is far superior to any remote guidance that you may receive from any source.

I don't know I practiced pranayama from YouTube from ramdev baba and others but it harmed me my digestion is dead bloating and indigestion and also nervous system problems weakness,fatigue etc. What should I do I believe mostly the bandhas did this.
