Dear Nesh, not just the pṛṣṭhābhyāṃ (with the back of the palms joined together which is very new to me) but the whole sequence of namah, svaha, vasat, hum, vausat, phat of the Kara Nyasa are really eye-opening. I cannot thank enough for this invaluable information.

Jothi and Krishna ji. There is very little information about Dhumavati Devi, could you touch in detail on this unique Mahavidya. I learned before starting sadhana, need to turn to Dhumra Ganapati, and recite his 11-syllable mantra, what kind of mantra is this?

Oh yes. Wish we can hear more about RajyaSiddhilakshmi. I have not seen her mention in any grantha so must be from oral tradition or possibly not sure of it’s existence and procedure. Would love to hear some exposition on it from a learned member.

Did anyone else grossly misunderstand the meaning of pṛṣṭhābhyāṃ until this article?

Regarding the explanation of chandah, which four fingers should cover the mouth, assuming the nose touching occurs simultaneously and is occupying one finger? Does a specific finger always touch nose? Since this procedure is different than the two finger positioning given in most of the articles here, if a person has been doing one of the other ones for some time and probably imbued them with mental energy and a personal psychic effect, should they stick to what they’ve always used? If a person has not done this before, is the above mentioned practice typically preferred or is the one popularly mentioned in articles here equally good? Thank you.

Wow this is a real treasure! We are so lucky to have this information available in this digestible and comprehensible manner for any seeker around the whole world. Thanks to Lalitāmbikā and Heartfelt thanks to Śrī Gurujis, who are none other than Her instruments, guiding and shedding light and dispelling the darkness and noxious fogs of Kali Yuga. Śrī Ravi Guruji - Lalitambika must be very proud!

Namaste Jayanth. Purna Shodashi is: aim̐ kaeīlahrīm̐ klīm̐ hasakahalahrīm̐ sauḥ sakalahrīm̐ śrīm̐ । (Kali-Mother); aim̐ hasakalahrīm̐ klīm̐ hasakahalahrīm̐ sauḥ sakalahrīm̐ śrīm̐ । (Shodashi-Father). The supreme practice of Purna Shodashi is known as Nabhi Vidya and has been published on this website.

Namaste Jothiji, Would you be able to advice on Purna Shodashi her form and mantra of 19 letters, I have been searching for this for a while and seems like no one is aware of it or not ready to share (maybe). It would be helpful if you can help in this regard

Śrī Krishnaji, are there any publicly available original texts on Saṃhāra Bhairava, or guru’s exegesis about the same?
