All tantras state the necessity of a proper guru and initiation. This or any other mantra is not an exception. By default, if you see a mantra with Viniyoga and other procedures, consider it as a mantra that requires initiation. My sincere suggestion is not to assume anything and always seek a guru when it relates to tantra.

Dear Tivra, can you please reveal the mantra of Narasimha Bhairava, as Guhyakali's consort? I have seen some of his mention as a anga devata to Guhyakali devi. He even appears in the parvata-nrsimha nyasa and the virat nyasa. thank you so much
