Digbandhaḥ is protection from eight cardinals and digvimokaḥ is releasing the protection. Generally this is used to prevent any negative forces entering into our energy body during mantra japa or even pūja. It is like onward journey and return journey through the same route.

Soar plexus is only later invention. This is between navel chakra and heart chakra.Typically, instead of maṇipūraka chakra, now a days solar plexus is used.

Yes you can. It is not the place that is important, but it is the mind that counts. When you recite Lalitā Sahasranāma, it is better to understand meaning of each name.

we dont have pooja room can i read sahasranamas in my bed room

The Yantra needs to be purified with Panchakayva first and then this mantra is to be recited, there are no repetitions prescribed. Yantras are a vast subject and the method of purification and initiation of Yantras often differ from one teacher to another. Ideally all these mantras have to be obtained from a Guru, as otherwise their fructification is doubtful.
