The source document I used, has this error. It is a very reputable publication, but unfortunately has the error, which is not there in the nāmāvali document from the same publisher. I'll correct the errors in the stotram by referring to another source that I have and make the changes as necessary and reply back, when it's ready. If needed I'll correct the nāmāvali also. Both the nāmāvali and stotram were reviewed by a great Mātaṅgī sādhaka and he did not find it. Thank you very much for pointing out the errors. I'll reply back, as soon as it's all fixed.

Why the lines 7 and 11 are the same?

Bestowing multitude of benefits and conferring advantages for removal of all obstacles, would be the meaning of 'विघ्नो विशिष्टार्थदः'.

There is, however, a slight difference in the last two "words" in the Prapanchasāra's version: विघ्नो विशिष्टार्थद. Does anyone knows why that is? What is the difference in translation?

One who does the Lord Kubera puja can continue the mantra japa without the required nyāsā-s. The Yakyṣiṇi sādhana-s are considered risky and it is best not to avoid the nyāsā-s, stotra-s and kavaca-s. It is also best to do the ṣoḍaśopacāra puja of Lord Kubera once before beginning the mantra japa at the very beginning of deciding to do the mantra japa and puraścaraṇa of Dhanada Devi.
