Ji, dhanyawad. I don't know who an able guru is and where to find one. So, I treat Kali maa as my guru and travel in the path that she shows me, whatever it is. I will follow her blindly. But, can you help me in finding a person who can guide me in Kundalini meditation?

There are variations within each tradition. You may check with your guru before proceeding further. In general, there is no need to go beyond Laghu ṣoḍaśi. All other mantras should have been recited prior to Her initiation. If for any reason it is desired to recite the same, one can self initiate if needed. Some traditions are of the opinion, that unless a pūrṇābhiṣekam dīkṣa is granted by one's guru, self-initiation is not permitted.

Namaskaram. I got initiated up to Lahu Shodasi. Can i do mantra japa of ashwarooda and Indrakshi by myself or it should be initiated by a guru? Any guidance will be helpful. Thank you.

It is always best to seek the blessings of a guru, especially when it comes to ugra (aggressive) deities such as śrī vārāhī devi. If such a guru is not accessible, you may take the blessings of a priest and go about reciting the mantras. Night time is considered best for Her. The temples may not be open during the night time, so you may visit at your convenience.

You can start Kuṇḍalini meditation any time. Please seek the assistance and blessings of an able guru before proceeding.

It is similar to abhiṣeka and done with the 9 lettered mantra suffixing Mārjayāmi namaḥ.

We have only described the mātṛka-s very briefly. There are dhyāna śloka-s and other details associated with each mātṛka. All mantra bīja-s are made of mātṛka-s and represent the sum total of the benefits accrued from each mātṛka, plus the individual bīja itself. The Sanskrit letters themselves represent the power indicated by the associated mātṛka, but the inclusion of the bindu fulfills the desires. Reversing the mātṛka-s is followed for some tantric mantras and is said to accrue benefits by removing all ills associated with the base mantra. Recitation of the mātṛka-s from am̐ to kṣam̐ is itself a mantra said to fulfill all desires and is considered to be a pre-requisite for energizing yantras.
