Ok thank you for clarifying my doubt. Now, how should I start? Is it a requisite to be initiated into pachashodashi? Is it to be practiced daily?

The entire laghu nyāsa can be done by all worshippers of Lalita - ṣoḍaśi devi. This enhances the mantra japa and is considered very useful in resolving material issues as well.

Dear sir, This is an advanced mantra and I would personally suggest great caution before seeking an initiation. You may perform the sadhana by seeking an initiation to dakṣiṇa kāli first. If you are an advanced sādhaka, with experience in other tantric mantras, you may seek an initiation from any one of us listed on the mantra initiations page.

Since it is a stotram, initiation is not necessary. But you have to be careful with pronunciations.

the utkilana mantra, shapa vimochana mantra and main mantra's thrid line does not match it appears in IAST "aim̐ klīm̐ sauḥ yaralavakṣamayūm̐aralahrīm̐aśrīm̐aralasauḥ klīm̐ aim̐ ॥" and in Sanskrit as "ऐँ क्लीँ सौः यरलवक्षमयूँ ॐ ह्रीँ श्रीँ ॐ सौः क्लीँ ऐँ ॥", please check
