Kya m maa Kali k 22 akshri mantra ko Bina guru KR skti ho Kya. Mere pass kisi trah ki koi guideance nhi h M maa Kali ko sirf it a janti ho ki wo Meri maa h jiski chavi mujhe akarshit krti h apni or English Translation :- Is it permissible to recite the Dakṣiṇa Kāli mantra of 22 letters, without an initiation from a guru? I am unable to obtain any proper guidance and I regard the Divine Mother Kāli  like my own mother and I am deeply attracted towards Her and I feel that She also draws me towards Her.

If you are initiated into Pañcadaśī mantra japa, you can follow the Navāvaraṇa pūja, which includes the prāṇapratiṣṭha life infusing procedure for the śrī cakra.

1. The nyāsa is for Mahā Pratyaṅgirā mantra and should be followed for this Khaḍgamālā stotram. 2. I'm working on the document for the āvaraṇa pūja. 3. I would suggest following any of the methods for other deities.

The video does not provide a source for validation of the mantras. Some mantras are specified in the Devi Rahasya, but the main mantra specified is different from what is generally practiced. There are no specific utkīlana mantras specified in any authoritative documents for this mantra. However, if one wishes to apply the rules specified in Devi Rahasyam, the following can be done. For utkīlana, Add 1 (gam̐) bīja in the front and 1 (hrīm̐) bīja at the end of the main mantra. For sañjīvanaṃ - Add 2 (gam̐) bīja-s in front of the mantra. For śāpavimocanaṃ, the following mantra applies - oṃ gam̐ gaṇeśāna rudraśāpaṃ vimocaya svāhā. For sampuṭīkaraṇa, the following rule applies - Add 3 (hrīm̐) bīja-s in front of 'gaṇapataye' and 'om̐ gam̐ gam̐ gam̐' at the end of the mantra.

"ha" and "sa" both are derived from "hamsa" mantra.. "sa" is meant for inhalation and "ha" is meant exhalation. The important point here is inhalation and exhalation. which means union of Shakti and Shiva. It is the inhalation and exhalation that matters and not specific mantra for inhalation or exhalation. There should be no holding of breath.

Dear Raviji, Usually a mantra has a sequence and changing that sequence usually gives no results. I am a bit confused about the possibility of chanting the mantra in both ways, HA>SA or SA>HA Can you please explain me why both ways are correct? Finally, do I old my breath between HA and SA? I Namaskar, J.
