This also is one of the accepted methods of pranayama.

Thank you guruji. I have just come across a technique called 'Sagarbha Pranayama' (Inhalation, chant mantra while holding and exhalation) and everyone says it is more powerful than any other japa methods. What would you suggest personally? Thank you again.

Inhalation : holding : exhalation shroud be in the ration of 1:4:2. Accordingly you can adjust the mantra and align the japa mantra to your breath. For example, repeat the mantra one time and inhale. Hold your breath by repeating the mantra four times. Exhale, by repeating the mantra two times.

Namaste guruji. Could you explain on how we can align this mantra with breath? I mean which part is for inhalation and which part is for exhalation/holding? Thank you.

From what I know, Purna Chandi dhyana is more of SidhhiLakshmi. Bhairav is Kal-Martanda Bhairav. SHE is Shakti of Purna Brhaman. Durga Saptashati's Laghu Chandi's Mula Satva & Saar is Purna Chandi. Mantra is different from Navarna. Purna Chandi is worshipped from Kali Kula (Guhya Kali), with Navakshari mantra.

I'm not aware of the differences between Pūrṇa Caṇḍi and Laghu Caṇḍi. There isn't much information related to Pūrṇa Caṇḍi. Hopefully, someone with more knowledge can answer this query. The article you referred, mentions that they both can be approached through the Navārṇa Mantra. This by default extends to the Śrī Siddhakuñjikā Stotram.

These mantras are different. We'll publish an article listing them.

Thanks a lot Krishnaji. As always very helpful. 1)Makes sense. first protection before anything else. In fact I landed on this website a couple of months ago when I searched for Kali Kavacham and landed on "Kamakalakali Trilokyamohana Kavacham" page. Then Ravijis writings on Srividya kept bringing me back. 2)ok-understood. Looking fwd to ur atharvana badrakali posting. 3)thanks 4)Ok. great. I read a piece on ajapa-japa by Swami Niranjananda in 2003. Since then I have been attempting to align whichever mantra I was working with. Given Pratyangira is ugra devata I was wondering if we should do it. Regarding PurnaChandi - Is PurnaChandi different from Chandi of Saptashati? If yes, what are the differences. Even though both are worshipped with Navakshari they seem to be differentiating between PurnaChandi and LaghuChandi of Saptashati: http://www.kamakotimandali.com/blog/index.php?p=1004&more=1&c=1&tb=1&pb=1 Is Siddakunjika Stotram invoking PurnaChandi(that also means Pratyangira)?. thanks again.
