You should follow the prescribed tantra and/or your guru's instructions. This Puraścaraṇa article describes the procedure in brief.

Thank you so much Krishnaji. am really thankful for your articles/responses/insights. If my memory serves me right, I remember somewhere Raviji suggested not to do more than one Tantric mantra at a time. How come Shyamala upasakas worship with 9 mantras in 9 days especially you mentioned purascharana count of 1 lakh each in your articles. Also, are 9 purascharanas done sequentially?

(This is an edit, please delete the original comment above.) So do you think that since my guru did not derive my Atma bija, but instead gave me a mantra containing my Atma bija based on my choice, that my Atma bija alone is now charged with Guru energy? If that is the case then that makes my siddhi mantra also charged by my Guru.. Correct?

How to do marjana for any mantra. For doing tarpana for mantras would plain water be enough or should we add anything in that water? Or should we use milk?

I updated both the articles with a description. All the 8 forms are aṅgas (accessories) of Śrī Rāja Śyāmalā. Worshipping them allows us to gain siddhi (fruition) of Her mantras.

Thank you for pointing out the omission on our part. It has been added now.

Atma bija will be derived by your guru and sometimes will be changed if the effects are not to the desired extent. Siddhi mantra by default will have atma bija in it. So Siddhi mantra is a combination of atma bija and from d20 chart

Thanks you very much Krishnaji. It was very useful esp. "ucchista chandali" description above. If possible, please consider writing a few lines about each shyamala form, who they are, what their role is etc.,
