There are many variations of this mantra and it is immediately not possible to publish all these mantras. I will try to do it in due course.

First three lines are Gayatri. I am referring only to pāda-a (lines) and I have excluded vyāhṛti-s. Therefore, the first three lines belong to Gayatri mantra and the last line is paro rajase sāvadom.

Pūrṇa Gāyatrī means an addition of paro rajase sāvadom as the last line in addition to the existing three lines.

In fact, there could be several blockages before reaching heart chakra. Physically, there will be swelling in the back between naval area and heart chakra. Swelling could be like a line or like a few dots. If there are swellings, these swellings are to be removed physically through massage using Dhanvantra oil. During this period, meditation should be suspended. These swellings erupt due to improper seating. Mostly this is due to forward bending. Hence sitting posture during kundalini meditation is very important in the initial stages. But we come across more psychological blocks than physical blocks. Psychological blocks are due to lack of pure love, presence of hatred, anger, etc. Psychological blocks are bound to be there when one's love for others is tainted. That is why, it is said that kundalini meditation should not be practiced without purifying the mind. Psychological blocks lead to hatred, anger, enmity, etc. I intend writing a series on kundalini meditation, mainly focusing on the practical side, once Sri Chakra series is completed.
