Thank you very much for publishing the Nabhi Vidya mantras, it is hard to realize now what a valuable gem you have shared with all sincere sadhaks. Everyone who is at least reading this article has the Blessing of the Divine Mother, not to mention those who made this article possible.

'nara' would make it gender neutral but mostly referring to men. You may also use 'puruṣa'.

This stotram always mention "Stri" (woman), look like only man can chant it. For women who want to chant it, it is necesary to change word "Stri" become "Purusa" ?

It is "mātaṅgyai" and that is correct. You can seek an initiation from a knowledgeable guru and learn the mantra and its paddhati.

There are many variations of major stotras and they're sometimes sourced to the same document/granthi. It is very difficult to ascertain the authenticity. The general rule is to obtain from one's guru and follow the same. If there is a doubt on whether what is published on this site is correct, then my sincere advice is to follow the other sources. Chances are, we may have overlooked some mistakes here and there. Also, the documents we choose to publish, are already widely available in many publications and are not generally secretive.

Ideally, these should be learnt from a guru and/or their close disciples from the same lineage. Some mudras have variations within the lineages. Explaining mudras without proper videos may be very difficult. If and when time allows, we will consider them.

Those who are initiated into Śrīvidyā Pañcadaśākṣarī and above, may upon their guru's advice undertake the recitation of the nābhi vidyā. Best time would be very early in the morning when the mind is free. Any other time that works best, may also be considered.

You would need to approach a guru and seek an initiation. Based on the tradition, the initiation process could be initiated. If you are looking for help from us, you may contact anyone listed on the 'mantra initiations' page on the top of this website. If the mantra has been practiced by us, we may choose to initiate you.
