SirThanks. But Tara,Matangi are also seperate Mahavidyas similar to Sodashi. In that case, will Guru initiate the aspirant with Tara mantra also so that with her blessings he can reach the Sodashi ma easily?

Yes, please open the following link and read the first section “Journey to Sri Chakra”. How different devis give us approval to go past them to have darshan of Lalitāmbikā. But it is wrong to say that She can be attained only through Ṣoḍaśī mantra. We must always remember that mantras are meant to protect our minds. Mantra should be used in proper way. This is explained in Shiva in conversation with ShaktiPlease read the book in this linkUnderstanding and worshiping Sri Chakra

GurujiTara,Matangi,Varahi are worshipped in Sri Chakra. Is that mean, only after getting blessings of these Devis, Lalita Tripurasundari can be reached by an aspirant through Shodasi Mantra.

I have not published any article on akṣara-s. It will be too complicated and every aspect of formation of bīja should be explained. There are some books available on this subject.

Puraścaraṇa has nothing to do with adhikāra (authority) of possessing Śrī Yantra for worship. Puraścaraṇa is series of rituals leading to the fructification of mantras or mostly to verity its fructification.
