It would be really helpful, if we could also get the meanings of each of the namas. The explanation for the Sri Lalita Trisati is available on the Manblunder site, but not for the Sri Rudra Trisati.

This is not strange. This is quite common. Mere recitation of LS gives different kind of experience. When you understand the meaning and contemplate Her, your mind becomes more active and this signals that you are ready to enter spiritual path, which alone leads to Liberation. This is nothing to do with energy.

Sir, Namaste. I have a strange doubt. I do not know why, but sometimes I feel exhausted after chanting Lalita sahasram, especially if I visualize the meanings of some names while reciting. Am I not able to handle the energy?
