You should consult a yoga expert on this. Normally, this kind of practice is done once in the morning and not repeated again and again. A single set of 15 rounds is generally enough. But again, one's requirements and practice may differ. A professional would be the best person to consult for further advice.

You can align each part with a phase of the breathing cycle or the entire mantra within a phase. It is most important that the mantra should be initiated properly.

When faced with extreme difficulties and near impossible to resolve situations, diseases, financial losses etc due to the most hideous karmas in our causal body, Worship of Śrī Vārāhī Devī and/or Śrī Pratyaṅgirā, is recommended to overcome or lessen the effects of the onslaughts faced. Ugra devatas or Terrific deities, have the abilities to resolve the problems quickly, but also take us through many ordeals hastily, before delivering the results. Some karmas have to be faced and the deities help us wade through them, by throwing a helping hand towards us. SIR DOES THIS APPLY TO MAHA KALI TOO. CAN I WORSHIP MAHA KALI WHILE DOING SRI VIDYA UPASNA.

Thank you for answering me. I think I found the correct version of sloka here it is ,,ityuktā sā tadā devī gambhīrāntaḥsmitā jagau. durgā bhagavatī bhadrā yayedaṁ dhāryate jagat ''. I plan to read this stotram Varahi during Navaratri his Rishi - Durvasa, I have Durvasa Dhyanam composed by Acharya Amritavagbhava but it is only in Sanskrit and in iast. I would be very grateful if you would make the meaning in English which means every verse of Dhyanam. So that I can better meditate on Rishi Durvasa. Please do so and may Durvasa Rishi bless you. Sorry Krishnaji. Please excuse my ignorance. I never knew about this restriction. Out of sheer curiousity I am asking this question. Is 15 rounds at a time enough? Will it serve the purpose? Or if more repetitions are required, what should be the time interval between 2 such sets of 15 each? The second part of this question will be relevant if and only if more than 15 rounds is required. Please enlighten me.

In the Navakshari Bala Mantra, how's the mantra aligned with the breath? There are 3 parts in the mantra. Please advise.

There are different versions available for many stotras. It is very difficult to establish which one is most authentic and must be followed. It is therefore suggested to obtain from a practicing guru and follow the advise of the guru on these matters. I am not an expert on Durga Saptaśati and its various methods of chanting, so I am unable to answer to your satisfaction.

The fire will be there as long as you are doing the japa, with oblations of ghee and other samidha. Please make sure that the Vessel or the Kuṇḍa that you use, is sufficiently big to accommodate. Another option, is to perform this task over several days. The final task of pūrṇāhuti, can be offered on the final day.

You may chant any stotras that you are comfortable with. We should not count mantra chanting during an eclipse event, as equivalent to Puraścaraṇa, even though the effects of the mantra japa are considered to be magnified during this time, if done with full concentration and single pointed devotion.

They may all be correct and I honestly have not seen them in any of the scriptural sources that I know of. The only Mātaṅgi Gāyatri mantra that I am aware of, is from Mantra Mahodadhi. It is below - aim̐ śukapriyāyai vidmahe । klīm̐ kāmeśvarīṃ dhīmahi । tannaḥ śyāmā pracodayāt ॥ ऐँ शुकप्रियायै विद्महे । क्लीँ कामेश्वरीं धीमहि । तन्नः श्यामा प्रचोदयात् ॥
